I selected the subject of my degree piece due to fascination with Scandinavian drama and design. Staging richness of drama, including about a dozen changes of setting, became a challenge to search for the essence, a symbol. Successive scenes are supposed to reflect extremely complex and multidimensional nature of the protagonists. The wall will never disappear completely, if it reveals something, it is always an allusion at most. Of particular importance for me was the strong contrast between cold concrete plane and visual, lucent nature of paintings.
