The case of popular culture in South Korea is extreme because of progressive consumerism in this country, but we all want to appear better than we actually are, don’t we? We buy all sorts of labels, expensive things. We undergo plastic surgeries. We look better, but are we better in fact? Idols are always nice and smiling, but often in their eyes you can spot sadness, emptiness, loneliness.

Studied at the Faculty of Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw (2010-2015) and at the Faculty of Culture of Japan at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology (2009-2013). She works in painting, computer graphics and sculpture.
