author biographical note degree piece

To me, book is important. It should participate in the life of every human being, to support, guide, teach, entertain. I feel the most sorry for books that wait, locked in library warehouses. For a reader, for a hand flipping the pages, for eyes craving for text. Some of them cannot be made available due to the degree of destruction. It’s great to be able to restore them to life. During the execution of my degree conservation project it was awareness of bringing the work back to life that was the most important for me.
